That’s how to get into register within 60 seconds!
While the press stands still, the operator enters the job specific data via touch_screen – or directly online from the pre-press. After machine start-up, the register marks are measured and evaluated, simultaneously, the register of all print units is adjusted fully automatically – after approximately 60 seconds the print is in register!

A special trigger sensor (coupled with the camera) allows the fine synchronisation of the automatic mark recognition system by immediate finding and holding the register mark position.
After machine start-up, the camera moves automatically to the micro marks and the integrated register control measures and adjusts length and side register promptly and with highest accuracy.
During production the print register is re-checked in cycles determined by the operator. In case of register deviations an alarm signal is given by the system and the register is corrected within seconds. The micro dot marks needed for the register measurement can be arranged user-defined and can be adapted to the customer-specific demands.
