Perfect ink setting by laser-cut precision ink blades!
Our finecolour ink fountains are equipped with laser-cut segmented ink blades with the cuts being provided with a special sealant. They are available in any width needed.
The mechanical system used for ink key adjustment allows an exact re-production of the gap between the ink blade and the ink duct roller for all ink zones.
Every blade segment is moved in plane-parallel direction to the duct roller. The individual ink zones can be set without affecting the neighbouring zone.
The precise guidance of the ink keys allows an absolutely exact repositioning after cleaning. The flexible sealing between ink blade, cheeks and ink duct roller has been perfected over many years.
